Please note: For the avoidance of doubt Iset Nails and Beauty is a service that provides manicures, pedicures, eye treatment, tanning and associated services as set out in this web site.
How do I book?
Bookings can be made by using our booking form, by phone, text ,email or Facebook.
Contact us with your booking details and we will check availability and get back to you as soon as possible.
Costs/How do I pay?
General bookings
Payments can be made via: Cash / Bank transfer/Cheque (Only if booking 14 days in advance to allow cheque to clear).
Last minute bookings are welcome, with immediate full payment.
Pamper Parties, Bridal Bookings/Party packages. Teen packages
Rates may vary dependent on your personal requests and location.
We advise booking packages or group bookings well in advance (6 weeks+) to ensure availability and enough time to fully prepare.
Additional costs
All prices quoted are for treatment in our premises. There will be a £5 charge added for visitng homes or external premises.
Any costs incurred for congestion & parking will be added to the cost of treatment. We advise that you let us know prior to your appointment of any parking restrictions.
In the event that you require us to visit your home our services cover roughly a ten mile radius of Crowborough. However we will travel further. The surcharge of £5 covers the first ten miles we charge 40p per mile, this varies on location and will be confirmed at the time of booking. The fee will be calculated by the distance we will travel to you.
Health conditions
Please inform us at the time of booking of any health issues or medical conditions we may need to be aware of, including allergies or if you may be pregnant. We will then be able to advise you accordingly of suitable treatments for you. A full consultation will be done prior to all first beauty treatments with us. Unfortunately in some cases we may not be able to treat you without a doctor’s written consent.
Patch Tests
Some treatments require a patch test to be done 48 hours before treatment. To save time, we initially do one at each new booking and log the results on your file so that in future we do not have to test until a new on is due or circumstances change.
What should I provide for the appointment?
For treatments in your home, we would appreciate it if you could ensure there is room for the treatment to be carried out, particularly when large equipment such as spray tan tents and massage tables are required. We will discuss this with you when the booking is made
All of our treatments are fairly self sufficient, but we may need some hot water or to use electricity for, as well as being able to use the standard chairs and tables in your house (we will provide towels to cover your table).
The main thing they will appreciate is a nice welcome on their arrival as they may feel a little nervous entering a stranger's house. Pampering can also be thirsty work so they may appreciate the offer of a glass of water or a cuppa!!
We may arrive a few minutes early in order to set up any relevant equipment for your treatment.
For safety, we advise that small children and pets are kept out of the room where the treatment will be taking place.
Cancellations by you
We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your treatment. Cancellations must be made in writing via text, email [email protected] or direct contact on Facebook
Should we arrive and you cancel at the time of your appointment without prior notification, unfortunately the full cost of the treatment will still be charged.
We will aim to send you a reminder about your treatment sometime before your appointment.
Will I get my deposit back?
If you cancel your appointment within 5 working days of booking, we will issue a full refund. Any cancellations after this time will result in a total loss of deposit. If you have paid in full, we will deduct the deposit fee refund you the remaining cost.
Cancellations by us
In the unlikely event that we cannot make a confirmed appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will issue you a full refund of any monies you may have paid
Safety
We take the safety and comfort of our team seriously and will not tolerate abuse in any way or form.
Our team members have the right to leave your premises if they feel that treatment is not appropriate or are treated in an unreasonable/abusive manner. There will be no refund in these circumstances.
You must inform us in advance of the address where the treatment will be carried out and it is your responsibility to make sure the place of treatment is safe, adequate, and warm and generally of a standard required to work satisfactorily and safely.
Our team members have the right to leave your premises if they feel that the place of treatment is not appropriate. There will be no refund in these circumstances.
We also advise no alcohol for the time of booking to ensure that clients are not drunk for health and safety reasons.
